We will get the bus at 11.30am at Liberty Hall (please try to be there at least 15 minutes early). We should arrive at Spin Roller Skating at 12midday and stay there till 2pm. So get your disco gear on and get ready to roller spin the morning away…. Wicklow... You will have an opportunity to learn relaxation techniques; some massage therapy and stress management techniques, and just chill out really! We will be meeting at Liberty Hall at 6pm on Friday the 23rd, and will be back at Liberty Hall at 4.30pm on Sunday the 25th of March 2012.
